It’s simple and included with every first-time purchase of New Climbro hangboard. Once your Climbro is delivered, you have 30 days to try it and see if it lives up to your expectations. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days to schedule your pickup and we’ll refund your purchase—no questions asked. Learn more about our 30 Day Home Trial here
Refurbished Climbro orders can be canceled prior to delivery. Refurbished boards are not eligible for the 30 Day Home Trial or returns.
Refurbished Climbro hangboards have been returned from our 30-day trial program. All boards are thoroughly inspected, repaired, and tested to make sure they meet Climbro standards. They may have slight cosmetic damage such as minor scratches.
Refurbished Climbro orders can be canceled prior to delivery. All sales are final once delivered. Refurbished hangboards are not eligible for the 30 Day Home Trial or returns.
We’ll provide with a Climbro hangboard plus access to all premium features of the Climbro app. Your hangboard will also come with a full warranty for the duration of your rental agreement.
No, you don’t need a subscription for the Climbro hangboard. Our app is free and offers full access to all hangboard features, including Max-Strength Tests, Single Exercises, Logs, Analytics, and more. In other words everything that you need to make full use of Climbro is free.
Performance Test Battery and Personal Training Plan are the only two premium features that require a subscription.
